Design, stamped drawings, installation, testing and the final inspection for warehouses, plants and manufacturing additions across Southwestern Ontario. Installed by licensed sprinkler fitters to NFPA 13 and the Ontario Building Code.
One crew from drawings to final inspection.
Design, permits, pipe, pump and backflow where needed, test and sign-off, with one person to call.
The people who install it inspect it.
The same company looks after the system for the next decade, so the as-builts are right and the schedule starts the day it goes live.
Three years of warranty, not one.
Parts and labour on our work for three years. The industry norm is one. The first annual inspection is on us.
Three years, parts and labour, on everything we install. It stays in force while Red Seal performs the scheduled inspection, testing and maintenance for the full three years, including weekly fire pump runs where the building has a pump.
Changing what you store, or how high, changes what your sprinklers must do. New racking, plastics, aerosols or a mezzanine can put a building outside its design. Tell us before the racking goes in; a retrofit is cheaper than an insurance finding.
The Red Seal team completed a 50,000 sq ft warehouse on time, within budget, and at a competitive price. The Launch and follow-up service part of the job went excellent!! Will use Red Seal at all our sites!!
It depends on the building. We give you a schedule with the quote and build around the other trades.
No. Each head opens on its own from heat, usually only the one or two over the fire.
Yes, including heritage buildings where the pipe has to be routed around what is there.
Only if the municipal supply cannot meet the design demand. We test the supply first and tell you.
We do. The first year is free, and the schedule is set before the final inspection.

A sprinkler system is a 30-year asset. The crew that installs it should be the crew you can call at 2 a.m. in year twelve. Compare the warranty first, then the price.
