One agreement. Every building, every system, every due date handled.

Inspection and service agreements for portfolios and single buildings. Every inspection scheduled at the interval each system needs, every report in your portal, one person to call.

What is in the agreement

  • Every inspection at the right interval, weekly to annual, across sprinkler, alarm, extinguishers, emergency lighting, pump and backflow, with the 24-hour report each time.
  • Your 12-month compliance calendar, kept by us, and every report in the portal.
  • Priority scheduling for repairs, quoted within 48 hours, and 2-hour service response in Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent.
  • A fixed annual price per building, set from the Blueprint inspection, invoiced monthly.
  • An annual review with the numbers: what was found, what was fixed, what to budget next year.

Terms in plain language

Term: 12 months from the first visit. Renewal: another 12 months unless either side gives 30 days’ written notice. Rates: reviewed at renewal, with 30 days’ notice of any change. You will read them in two minutes, and we will walk you through them before you sign.

Questions

Do I have to start with an agreement?

No. Most customers start with one Blueprint inspection and move to an agreement once they have seen the report.

Can one agreement cover buildings in different cities?

Yes. Windsor-Essex, Chatham-Kent, Sarnia-Lambton and London on one schedule and one invoice.

What if we sell a building?

The building comes off the schedule and the price adjusts from that date.
